"What they need is accountability. And the program is set up to do that with the weekly check-ins. Like, you know, on a Monday you've got to step on the scale, you've got to take progress photos, you've got to fill out some feedback and then you know, you'll come back to us then maybe the following day and then if you're still struggling, there's another one to one on Thursday or Friday. You get enough out of those, out of that feedback to go into the gym yourself and get done what you need to get done."
